Forte Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Club Games mobile application and related web services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Club Games.
Information we collect
- Account information: When you register or sign in, we collect your email address, username, password (stored as a secure hash), and optional profile details you provide.
- Club and gameplay data: Club memberships, roles, chip bankrolls, bankroll transactions / point history, table seats, game state, and related activity needed to operate multiplayer games.
- Promotional eligibility: Records for public-room features such as daily rewards and wheel spins when you use those features.
- Device and usage data: We may store a device push token (via Expo) to deliver mobile notifications. Our hosting providers may process standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, user agent) for security, debugging, and reliability.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Club Games
- Authenticate you and secure your account
- Run clubs, tables, games, and chip ledgers
- Send in-app and push notifications related to gameplay and club activity
- Send transactional email (for example account or onboarding messages) when configured
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your gameplay or bankroll data for third-party advertising.
- Club chips are virtual in-app currency for entertainment within Club Games; they are not real money and cannot be redeemed for cash through the app.
Sharing with service providers
We use trusted processors to run the service, including:
- Railway — application hosting and PostgreSQL database infrastructure
- Expo (Expo Application Services) — mobile app builds, over-the-air updates, and push notification delivery
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Apple — push notification delivery on iOS (Apple Push Notification service) and App Store distribution
These providers process data only to deliver the service on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Virtual chips
Club Games uses virtual club chips for gameplay and club accounting. Chip balances and transaction history are stored so you and club admins can see activity. Chips have no cash value outside the Service.
Data retention
We retain account, club, and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Support).
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated API access, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request.
Children's privacy
Club Games is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Club Games, you consent to this processing.
